Our Standards
All of our prices will be final, we have no hidden fees and maintain transparency throughout the process. All of our packages include physical and digital Drawings for safe keeping. We can produce drawings from A1 - A4 and will tailor this to your request, A3 is normally preferred.

Existing and Concept Elevations of your Personal or Concept Property. Normally part of a Drawing Package with Floor Plans to submit to your local Council or Planning Authority.

With over 9 years of experience in the Construction industry producing precise Drawings and advising on Health and Safety across the world, our Founder and Lead Designer Joshua Allen will be able to assist you. Joshua was born in Bournemouth working overseas serving in the Royal Engineers throughout his Engineering Career. Joshua is a recipient of a highly respected Military Commendation for Engineering, Perseverance and Cost Saving. Passionate about Design and Safety, Joshua will facilitate your concept to reality.
