All of our Designs are produced to your required Paper size A1-A4 with Digital copies. Professional Packs can be created at an additional cost, great for selling a Property or Safety Inspections. Fire and Building Risk Assessments are also available on request.
Our selling point is efficiency and speed, we will operate to your schedule with quotes available over weekends and late nights.
Floor Plans
The most common Design request by far are Floor Plans - Whether its for personal use, a potential kitchen upgrade or submission for planning approval, they serve many functions. Existing or Concept Drawings available.
What We Do
Existing Floor Plans of your Property or Business, One Room, One Floor or the Entire Building. Measured to perfection for your planning, as much or little detail as you require.
What We Don’t Do
We do not submit any Designs or Plans to a Planning Authority - we provide a much cheaper way of individualising this separate product.
Costs
A qualified Architect will charge large amounts for simple Plans, Floor Plans are simple by nature and the cost should reflect this. Every Property and Business will vary in size and arrangement but an average cost of a downstairs arrangement for a typical three bed property would be from £300 to £400.
Fire Safety Plans and Reports
Fire Safety and Evacuation Plans are essential for any operating Business and a Legal requirement in the UK.
What We Do
We will produce Fire Safety Plans in accordance with UK Legislation to assist any personnel in the unfortunate event of a Fire.
We can produce a report and advise on your current Fire Safety arrangement highlighting potential infringements or risks. Fire Risk Assessments will also be attached into the report.
What We Don’t Do
Case by case basis - it is unlikely we will not be able to meet your needs.
Costs
Size, complexity of Business Structure and Current Safety Standard and or report will determine the cost.
Safety Inspection and Advisory Measures
If you’re worried or curious about your current Safety Standards we will inspect your premises and suggest advisory measures.
What We Do
We will assess your Risk/Concern and advise on ramifications to alleviate your problem with the most cost effective method. A general or specific inspection will be determined by your requirement. Risk Assessments will also be attached into the report.
What We Don’t Do
Intervene in Legal Disputes or Cases.
Costs
Size, complexity of Risk and Current Safety Standard will determine the cost.
Elevations
Normally paired with Floor Plans for Planning Authority submission, Existing Elevations can be produced for your requirement.
What We Do
We will produce your Elevations in a Drawing Format with as much detail as you require, for pictorial or Design purposes.
What We Don’t Do
A full 3D render of your Property or Business.

Concept Designs
Whether its for inspiration or practical use Concept Designs bring an idea to life.
What We Do
We will produce your Concept Design into a format of your choice, or we’ll come up something for you! Great for improving Office functionality and reorganisation.
